It is filled with ham, sausage, and steak, then covered in toasted bread, bathed in cheese, and covered with an egg while bathing in a tasty gravy like rich sauce of spices, tomatoes, magic, and port wine. And yes, it comes with fries because, why not? Technically from the north of Portugal, you can find this bad boy all over the country in local spots. (I was one of the only gringos in the restaurant.) It's so filling that Im ready to go colonize Brazil!
