Devour some Delish Bacalhau à Brás in Lisbon

Prepare to be hooked by Lisbon's obsession with codfish in this scrumptiously shredded scenario! Bacalhau à Brás is the dish that'll have your taste receptors doing the Fado. We're talking salted codfish, julienned faster than you can say 'Lisboa', scrambled with eggs till they're softer than a Santo António night, and thrown together with a confetti of crispy straw potatoes. A sprinkle of parsley, a handful of olives, and voilà – it's a savory sensation fit for a king... or queen... or just you, hungry tourist!

I really didnt think Cod could taste so good! Enjoying bacalhau à Brás in Lisbon’s Mercado da Ribeira was a treat! The blend of salted cod, potatoes, onions, and eggs was divine, especially paired with a chilled glass of Vinho Verde. Lisbon's vibrant market ambiance made it even more special. A must-try experience!
