The solterita is a sweet, crunchy biscuit made with wheat flour and sugar. The sauce on top is a mix of sugars, carrot, maize and butter. Condensed milk can be added on top. This is a typical colombian dessert, eaten mostly by kids growing up. Sooo delicious!
