Sicily is as old as time and its fun to find some Roman ruins magically in the middle of its cities. Find some ruins and strike a pose. 😎 Photo: Roman Amphitheater of Catania
Nimes in France is full of remnants of the Romans. Did you know that the word denim derived from de Nimes, which literally means from Nimes, as the textile was originally produced there in 17th century?
Lacipo roman ruins in Casares, South Spain.
Found an old Roman baby coloseum and an old bath house in Catania! Seems like the only two things to stand the test of time is bath housing and fighting tigers! It's rumored that ancient water battles took place in this amphitheater, and Im sure the same in the bath house haha. Cool thing about this amphitheater is that it actually runs under the current city. Catania is a city on a city.
