Let's call it Polish Pizza! ;) After the traditional zapiekanka, comes the MONSTER ZAPIEKANKA 😈 They call it the Highlander and its full of meat and cheese and crispy fried onions on top and your choice of sauce - with a big beautifully toasted bun on the bottom. Say hello to happiness 😎 Location was actually: Zapiekanki Loco, but I couldn't find it in location search so I tagged its neighbor place.

Zapiekanka, orrr giant tasty toasty happiness fresh from the oven, with melted cheese and whatever other happiness you want! This traditional one includes only mushroom, cheese, and ketchup. It was made in a tiny shop by a lovely Polish lady and came fresh from the oven. Perfect street food happiness :)))
