Find a high vantage point in Bogota (there are many beautiful places) and snap a photo of the skyline - right as the sun falls is Amazing! (But it can also be dangerous so make sure you know you are safe and take an uber home afterward.) The city is a really impressive, and never boring, city on so many levels, try to soak it up when you can! Cover photo is from am AirBnb with a view. Be careful of Airbnb's though - someone tried to break in WHILE we were inside - not a super great feeling. 😅
